Chez le Poète, on the village square in Selonnet, has been a must-visit address for some thirty years. Locals, regulars and tourists alike come here to enjoy mountain cuisine, featuring regional products and some tempting specialties such as the unique 4-cheese hot box. We tried the "simple" boîte chaude on a winter's evening, comforting and gourmet, with its local ham. For dessert, a chocolate fondant and Florence's always friendly service.
