Francis Dorn has been officiating at Le Cerf for decades. His gastronomic cuisine is based on fresh, seasonal produce such as asparagus and game. Enjoy it in a warm, rustic, cosy and chic dining room. In keeping with traditional cuisine, the dishes are tasty: burger, carpaccio, tartare, turbot breast in potato scales, fisherman's pike-perch marmite, warm foie gras.
