You will be charmed by the exposed stonework and the fireplace in the restaurant, not forgetting the terrace which is a pleasant stopover in the heart of the old town, perfect as a tourist stopover. On the menu, regional cuisine with local specialities such as Sisteron lamb, the famous pied-paquets or fish dishes.

Un personnel très amical et serviable. Très belle chambre avec vue sur la forteresse. Et un excellent restaurant avec une cuisine régionale. Parfait! Vous ne pouvez pas demander plus. C'était le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage en Provence.

Notre séjour se déroulait parfaitement quand un souci de santé est venu tout perturber. Nous tenons à remercier la Direction de l'Hôtel, le personnel de l'accueil et le veilleur de nuit pour leur soutien sans faille dans ces moments.Nous avons néanmoins pu apprécier une cuisine de belle qualité, un service en salle très professionnel . Nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.
