A stunning and quite unique address in Sisteron. Welcome to Cathy's, a vegetarian and vegan canteen where you can enjoy both the chef's good home cooking and her smiling welcome. Each week, the menu is announced on social networks, proposing two dishes. That lunchtime, we enjoyed a carrot polenta cake, served with leek fondue and a beet spread. For dessert, a fragrant and spicy Indian vegetable yoghurt. Prices are low, everything is homemade, the products local and the approach eco-responsible.
