A Sisteronian institution! Ludovic at the service always smiling, Michel in the kitchen, always the word for laughter and Marc the boss who supervises. In this beautiful brewery everything has been refurbished in a modern style. Large paintings on the walls. Comfortable seats. Family care. Many regulars. This day on the country's menu: plate of cold meats, hot goat's cheese salad and Sisteronese feet and packages. On the menu, a wide choice of salads, bruschettas, pasta, fish and meat. Desserts include: tarte tatin or chocolate fondant. The most: on the go, hot or cold sandwiches without forgetting the large terrace with a breathtaking view over the majestic citadel. Excellent welcome!
