RESTAURANT HOTEL DU PARC
Restaurant located at the entrance of Cusset proposing traditional dishes varying every day.
Although it is designated as a hotel, this establishment is only a restaurant located at the entrance to Cusset. Open for lunch during the week only, but with the possibility of booking for the evening and Sunday for groups. Two rooms are available, one with twenty place settings and the other with forty modular place settings. The chef and his team prepare traditional dishes that change every day. With a choice of mixed salads, but also homemade terrines, or half-foot pork vinaigrette, among others, then a choice of omelettes garnished in different ways, and hearty dishes, such as butcher's pieces (bibs and paving stones with various sauces) with chips, the veal sauté with olives and its gratin dauphinois, the roast turkey with its peas and carrots, the tongue of beef in Madeira sauce, passing by the whites of American squid, then the cheese platter or the cottage cheese in faisselle. Finish with the dessert of the day, crème brûlée, chocolate mousse, seasonal fruit pie, choice of ice cream and sorbets, and coffee, included in the daily package. Smiling service.
