The hot chocolate and the caramel sauce are also home-made. The buckwheat pancakes and wheat pancakes are all made with organic flour and fresh products. The pancake menu consists of about thirty savoury buckwheat pancakes and thirty sweet pancakes with or without alcohol as well as iced pancakes. Choice of home-made ice creams.
