Frank Giza is a pastry chef, chocolate maker and confectioner with a passion for his work. In his stores in Cusset and Varennes-sur-Allier, he offers irresistible gourmet creations full of volume and fantasy, such as the praline/vanilla vacherin and its chocolate chantilly. He is also demanding as to the quality of his raw materials: his chocolate is 100% pure cocoa butter and without added sugar, the fresh fruit is French or local and in season, and no chemical coloring is added to these pastries and chocolates.
