During her agronomy studies, Geneviève had no intention of taking over the family farm. And yet, 19 years later, she has no regrets about her choice. With her husband Laurent Bouvin, she organically farms some 40 hectares of lavender and lavandin, cereals and 1,142 olive trees to be precise. With their trees, the couple produce a blended oil, pressed at the Bonaventure mill, which they make into fruité vert AOP Haute-Provence and fruité mûr. These nectars are both affordable and of excellent quality.
