MOULIN DU LUBERON
This mill has been in existence since 2005. Olivier Chertier took over the mill in 2008. His predecessor, Max Coupier accompanied him for the first two years before he died. Olivier pays tribute to him by continuing his working methods and enriching them with his own experience. From his 6 ha of olive trees (90% aglandau, and the rest in bottles and picholine, all in organic farming) he produces a PDO Haute-Provence with fruity green and a matured olive oil with fruity black. But also a local olive oil with a rather fiery flavour, as well as two oils flavoured with basil and lemon. All its oils are labelled AB. During the harvesting season, the mill receives many suppliers from the surrounding area.
