Taste a thick piece of beef from the USA, Black Angus, Aubrac, Limousin, Argentina or even Japan, selected, matured and grilled according to the rules of the art, with the accompaniment and sauce of your choice. Also à la carte: tartars, carpaccios, salads, burgers and some fish, without forgetting a wide choice of pizzas.
