BOUTIQUE PATRICK MESIANO
A pastry chef for nearly 20 years in prestigious'palaces, after a first boutique opened in Beaulieu in 2007, Patrick Mesiano opened his first franchisee address in Antibes in November 2010. It combines the sale of fine pastries to take and the wine tasting on the terrace or in the elegant and contemporary decor of the tea lounge. Worked from fresh and seasonal products, 15 pastries are designed every day by Patrick Mesiano and his team, which are either in champagne version or mini-verrines. Sweet macaroons offer fragrances and are available in salted version for the apéritive break: foie gras 4 spices, goat-goat cheese, eggplant caviar, guacamole-paprika. Custom-made macaroons trees, homemade chocolate shelves and the Yuzu chocolate candy (Japanese citrus Fruit) are also part of the specialties of this gourmet address, with three formulas for breakfast, a choice of sandwiches, salted pies and lunch formulas with a choice of champagne and wine.
