Un 1 mot : Bof ! Il est rare que je laisse un avis sur un établissement mais je souhaite le faire pour toute personne souhaitant se rendre à Fabrik Bistrot. Ne vous attendez pas à un grand service, il est nul voir inexistant. Ni même à une cuisine convenable, elle est mauvaise. Attendre 1h un cheeseburger pour le renvoyer en cuisine car il est froid, ce n'est pas professionnel. Ne pas commander de poulpe non plus, il sera aussi dur qu'une chambre à air. Entre le serveur complétement perdu et les clients qui se lèvent de table pour se plaindre et partir, on se croirait dans l'émission Cauchemar en Cuisine. Nous avons d'ailleurs préféré ne pas attendre que l'on nous propose le dessert pour partir.

Nous avons pris la formule du midi. Bon produits fait maison et quantité très correcte. Les profiteroles étaient très copieuses. L'accueil est sympa. Allez-y les yeux fermés.
