Immediate boarding for the Amalfi Coast! This restaurant located on the port of Beaulieu has a divine name since Ambrosia means the food of the Gods! The chef, Gregory Marro, a lover of seafood and Italy, has chosen to offer authentic Italian cuisine: generous antipasti, a selection of fish prepared as ceviche, generous meats, not to mention pasta and pizzas. Special mention for the suckling pig confit, cooked at a low temperature, melting to perfection. On the sweet side, we let ourselves be tempted by the incredible baba!

The Chicken and Seafood Paella was a letdown as it was overcooked, especially the seafood. Unfortunately, the Tiramisu didn't quite match expectations, with unconventional ingredients like caramel as a base.
On a positive note, the wine selection was good.
Peu de choix pour végétariens.
Beau en apparence. Les plats sont assez fades, vongoles très petites sans goût, pizzas mélangées à de l’eau. Si vous mangez en intérieur vous serez en première loge des mécontentements du chef pas top devant les clients.. bref vous embêtez pas, passez votre chemin
