Cadre agréable mais cher pour ce que c'est.

Moment parfait en déj sur la belle baie des fourmis, accueil sympa, service efficace et délicat, et une bonne assiette au juste prix. Par quoi commencer…Nous avons choisi l’Anao pour fêter un EVGF entre amies ! Accueil qui démarre très fort grâce aux voituriers assis sur un rebord, qui mangent, discutent et fument tranquillement leurs joints. Au Restaurant, les plats « chauds » sont arrivés froids…nous avions apporté une décoration pour le dessert, un serveur l’a déposé sur la table sans même faire l’effort de la poser sur le gâteau. Il a fallu demander à un des supposés « manager » (méprisant au possible) d’apporter les plateaux déposés à notre arrivée. Il n’était visiblement pas au courant. Ce même manager qui n’hésite pas à humilier devant nous, ses jeunes collaborateurs ! Côté plage, nous n’avions évidemment pas les places que nous souhaitions, alors que nous avions réservé en Mai…Au moment de partir, joie de retrouver le voiturier qui fume son 2eme ou 10eme joint de la journée et qui va tranquillement récupérer un de nos véhicules. Had lots of nice big group lunches and spent a lot of money here this summer, but was absolutely shocked when on my last day I went with my family and needed a sun bed to sit down with newborn son to keep him out the sun and eat - of course happy to pay 40 euros for one bed, but I was told I’d have to pay for 2 even though my husband was in sea with my other child. Then they told me to leave this part of the beach and threatened to put beds out where I was playing in sand to move me along. Complained about this rude staff member called Nikolai to the boss and he didn’t care. Utterly Disgraceful treatment of paying customer with newborn baby. I left in tears.
