A new start for the Aristée! New team, new decoration and new menu for this emblematic restaurant, located in the heart of Beaulieu. Chef Pascal Brizzi has chosen to emphasize a Mediterranean colored menu that marvelously mixes exotic flavors: shrimp curry with coconut milk, tajine with vegetables, apricots, almonds and semolina, or tuna tartar with passion fruit... The speciality of the place: the "planche à délices", a selection of desserts, each one more delicious than the next.

L'un de nos restaurants préférés : une cuisine raffinée, recherchée et élaborée qui reste constante, sans mauvaise surprise... ++ pour leurs gâteaux de leur Pâtisserie "Les Délices d'Aristée" !
Nous y sommes toujours bien accueillis, que ce soit par l'équipe en salle ou par l'équipe en cuisine... une adresse culinaire qu'il ne faut surtout pas rater à Beaulieu-sur-mer !

A really charming place that caught our attention on the way from the train station. We got back here for lunch and enjoyed everything (the style, the presentation and quality of food, the service). My only mistake was the rush in choosing the wine, so the Chardonnay that was offered by the waiter turned out to be 9.5€ per glass... still we can't complain, it was worth it!
