This lovely address in the center of Beaulieu is a must-see. This bistronomic restaurant has a lot going for it: a large terrace, a lovely atmosphere, a warm welcome, a kitchen that opens onto the dining room, and great cocktails. The concise but inventive menu changes regularly according to the market, and gives pride of place to producers and good produce. The cuisine combines tradition and modernity, with surprising "pizzettes", pan-fried frogs' legs with smoked bacon and other more traditional French dishes.
