SANCTUAIRE SAINT-JOSEPH
A neo-Romanesque sanctuary, located in Beausoleil, dedicated to St. Joseph, belonging to the Archdiocese of Monaco.
In neo-Romanesque style, this church built between 1913 and 1930 belongs to the archdiocese of Monaco. The building, very well preserved, was erected as a sanctuary dedicated to Saint Joseph. It is the only one in the Alpes-Maritimes department. The intention here is to honour the husband of the Virgin Mary, venerated at the nearby sanctuary of Notre-Dame de Laghet. The stained glass windows signed by the Mauméjean or Champigneulle brothers, great master glassmakers, are sublime.
