BISCUITS DU MERCANTOUR
Since 2002, Jean-Christophe Fossey has been delighting gourmets. With his small dry biscuits, made in his workshop in Belvédère, he travels to the local markets. Dark chocolate fir tree, coconut nevé, hazelnut stick or chamois tongue, these small dry biscuits are perfect to finish a meal and accompany coffee. Sportsmen will take a rando croc in their backpack: a good energy cookie! As for those who don't want gluten, they will taste Jean-Christophe's speciality: the spiced grêlons which combine almond and candied orange.
