Vincent and Charlotte have just opened their catering restaurant which offers a cuisine of the Nice hinterland with fresh products. Their credo: to work in short circuits with local producers (a market gardener of the valley of the Siagne...). Here the choice of products is very important. On the menu (on the spot or to take away), you will find a focaccia, a plate of arancini, Carnaroli rice, quiche of the day, fresh chard pie. The desserts are also homemade: tiramisu, pie of the day, sweet cake... Lunch formula and non-stop service from 12 to 5 pm.

Un endroit atypique où l'on se sent vite à l'aise. Tout est délicieux et fait maison avec de bons produits. Le jeune couple, lui aux fourneaux, elle au service, sont accueillants et ont le souci de satisfaire le client. Mention spéciale au brownie aux noisettes, une tuerie!

Nous étions de passage , après des vacances à Cannes.
Personnel très accueillant, chaleureux et aimable.
Repas excellent, des produits frais, tout est fait maison!

Nous avons découverts par hasard ce traiteur un peu en retrait du centre du village de Biot. L'accueil est excellent, la cuisine nickel visible dès que l'on rentre ce qui est de bon augure. Nous ne connaissions pas les barbajuans alors que nous venons sur la cote d'azur depuis de nombreuses années. Ce traiteur met à l'honneur sa région avec des plats typiques et très bien réalisés mais pas que... supreme de volaille et veau farcis ont été d'un grand réconfort lorsque l'envie de cuisiner en vacances n'est pas présente et le tout à emporter.
