Vincent and Charlotte have just opened their catering restaurant which offers a cuisine of the Nice hinterland with fresh products. Their credo: to work in short circuits with local producers (a market gardener of the valley of the Siagne...). Here the choice of products is very important. On the menu (on the spot or to take away), you will find a focaccia, a plate of arancini, Carnaroli rice, quiche of the day, fresh chard pie. The desserts are also homemade: tiramisu, pie of the day, sweet cake... Lunch formula and non-stop service from 12 to 5 pm.
