At the entrance of Saint-Sébastien street, the Auberge du Vieux Village has just changed owner. Chloé, whose parents are market gardeners in Biot, is now in charge. In the indoor dining room or on the terrace, she offers a simple cuisine on the spot or to take away: pancakes of all kinds (special mention for the gluten-free buckwheat pancake), pizzas, focaccias, all made with fresh products from her parents' farm.
