When I go to Sophia Antipolis close to Nice in the South of France, the most convenient and budget price hotel is the B&B Sophia Antipolis, right next to the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy. I like the location and the low price. Unfortunately, some of the rooms smell bad but it's bearable. Convenient that you can check in anytime (even after midnight) via the machine at the entrance.
