The inn is located in the heart of an authentic village house, in the main pedestrian street. The chef, Franck Masseglia, prepares a traditional cuisine with fresh products adapted to the seasons. He buys his produce mainly from local producers, notably the cheese makers and breeders of the region. You will discover the Breilloise cuisine, which is full of dried or pickled products; preservation was necessary when goods were transported at the time, between Piedmont and the Mediterranean. A 2 star hotel is adjacent.
