CÉDRIC HERROU
On a small farm, Cédric is involved in olive tree cultivation, market gardening and beekeeping. It respects the specifications of organic farming not because of fashion but because it was the method used by the elders. We find in its products the natural flavours of yesteryear. On sale: table olives harvested from mid-December to March and marinated for six months in brine, olive oil pressed in a village mill, olive paste, tapenade, wild flower honey and organic eggs from her henhouse. He sells his production on the markets of Breil and Tende.
