In a pleasantly rustic dining room, the emphasis is on seasonal, quality produce. "Fresh and crunchy on the table", which the chef makes a point of presenting with finesse and sincerity. After the visual, it's the taste that takes over. The menu changes with the seasons, and a new dish of the day, concocted according to the day's arrivals, is offered at lunchtime.
