In a pleasantly rustic dining room, the emphasis is on seasonal, quality produce. "Fresh and crunchy on the table", which the chef makes a point of presenting with finesse and sincerity. After the visual, it's the taste that takes over. The menu changes with the seasons, and a new dish of the day, concocted according to the day's arrivals, is offered at lunchtime. Maître Restaurateur. Open Thursday to Monday for lunch and dinner. In July and August, every day except Tuesday. Menus from €39 to €49 (starter + main course + dessert). A la carte menu: approx. €55. Children's menu: €16. Restaurant voucher. Terrace.
