Chic and cosy brasserie type restaurant where you can enjoy seafood and fish from the day's catch with wine
A Cagnes-sur-Mer is an institution: it has been over 30 years since the death of Gilbert Bootmaker, who has created this establishment specializing in seafood, crustaceans and bouillabaisse. Today it was his son Jérôme who took the lead. This brasserie restaurant welcomes you in a chic and cosy setting to enjoy fish from day fishing, lobster, poached lobster or salad, shellfish, sea bream, turbot and much more like the excellent bouillabaisse tradition. On the cellar side, the wine list displays some bottles of exception, including white and red bourgognes (Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet, Pommare) or rare Bordeaux such as a Pessac Léognan.
