This beautiful establishment nestled in the hills above Cagnes, just around the corner from the old village, offers a warm, intimate atmosphere by the fireplace. A retro, period style, just like at home, for a traditional cuisine with Provencal and Mediterranean overtones, inspired by the market and seasonal local produce, which is 100% homemade. The cooking is mastered and the presentation of the plates is as meticulous as the service. Excellent value for money. A safe bet that's well worth the detour!

We have been traveling around France for about 5 months and so far this was my favorite place to eat. The waitress and chef were beyond friendly to this English speaker. The food was the best I’ve had since being in France. I had grilled vegetables in basil oil, beef filet with Roquefort sauce that was amazing. Tiny restaurant but they fit us in when our first reservation at another spot canceled on us. Thank you!!

Excellent Rib Steak with wood fire accompanied by a sauce vines and spring vegetables. Very attractive and warm young employer. I will return. Oufferte grappa is also delicious. The large one of Gaude... in course: -)
