RENOIR MUSEUM
House of the painter Auguste Renoir transformed into a museum, housing sculptures created in collaboration with Richard Guino
Located in the heart of a park of 2 hectares of olive trees, the house of the painter Auguste Renoir, transformed into a fabulous museum, was built in 1908. In 1960, the city of Cagnes-sur-Mer bought the house to transform it into a museum, made up of both the living rooms, which have kept their original layout and furniture, and the exhibition rooms where 14 paintings by Renoir, 25 sculptures made in collaboration with Richard Guino and about fifty works by artists who were close to him are presented.

La collection de tableaux est moyennement fournie mais nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce musée.
The villa of the Renoir family was redecorated and furnished with taste and authenticity. Some paintings and many sculptures are now displayed here, in the most beautiful setting in the heart of this grove.
Can enjoy family from beautiful restanques and exposed meadow full Western in the Sun with beautiful an afternoon and your pictures will have an air of impressionism a lick. Do not forget large cover, hats, cap and parasol!
