Run by Laura Merlo, already at the helm of Da Laura in Cannes and Mougins, Il Baretto is a hybrid place inspired by Venezian cicchetti, those little dishes on the go with a touch of elegance. On the menu: an abundance of Italian wines and champagnes, paired with ravioli, burratas and charcuterie on a menu that changes daily.
