Restaurant with terrace and smiling welcome appreciated for its simple and tasty Italian cuisine, Italian wines

The Parma ham slicer, the giant pepper machine, the display of bottles of good transalpine wines and the presentation of the pastry tray make the reputation of the place known as smiling and greedy. Laura welcomes her guests from breakfast and brings them delicacies and flavours with a simple, fresh and tasty Italian cuisine accompanied by wines from all the Italian regions. If you like the charm of the room designed as the interior of a house, the good weather installs the good mood on the terrace.

This place doesn't need an extra positive review. It's always packed and they acknowledge they're succes. It's authentic and sticks to its core Italian roots with homemade pasta's and the freshest ingredients, even though it's swamped with Cannes' "important" tv-peoples. My friend described the time he discovered this restaurant, when they just started. I can still feel that passion being the basis of all that it became now. And if you can manage to fix a spot, and not blinded by the rush of a business lunch, you will be able to see AND TASTE this too... If you love food, just filter the festival-badges and go here.
(p.s.: the only reason for a 4-star on service is because we asked to have a main course as a middle-course between anti-pasta and main, and it wasn't possible)
(p.s.: concerning 4-star on atmosphere is because of all the badges, but I guess that's just the cozy-foody in me talking ;-) they can't help it, of course)
