Bon tartare de bœuf… mais merlu rôti aux épinards et aux champignons (plat à la carte à 27 €) très très fade. Les portions sont correctes et les produits sont frais… mais mon plat n’avait aucune saveur. Je l’ai gentiment fait remarquer au serveur (sans réaction de sa part) puis au moment de l’addition, sans l’ombre d’une excuse ou d’un regret de la part des 3 personnes présentes. C’est dommage… Un loupé ou une erreur est possible mais on attend au moins un petit mot ou un petit geste dans ce cas pour avoir envie de revenir… surtout compte tenu du montant de l’addition… (bouteille d’eau de 75 cl à 7 € etc.).
