An original concept based on figure 13 and its opposite 31. Here, all the products are fresh and are worked in two different ways,  a simple,  quick and classical service at midday "13" and one second more gourmet and refined in the evening "31". In this restaurant and bar lounge with an industrial déco inspired by New York, you'll enjoy the dishes comfortably seated on the banquette while the cocktails can be drunk directly at the bar. I booked through TheFork app for my birthday, and arrived on time. They accepted my booking on arrival saying that they'll confirm our attendance, and we dined there. Once we left they cancelled the booking.

I lived in Japan for two years, and visit Japan often. I speak the language and know the food. This is not a good imitation of Japanese food
