Trendy Zen decoration for the air-conditioned interior room designed in two parts: a cocktail lounge-bar area and a stone vaulted room. The cuisine varies with the seasons and the trend is towards good local dishes brought up to date by Chef Vincent, now the only master on board. Camembert cooked gently in the oven, served hot and fluffy, "3 minutes" hard-boiled eggs and foie gras mouillettes, fried frog legs, risotto with truffles, salmon tartare or even the homemade hamburger with foie gras delight the taste buds. The outdoor terrace, very pleasant in summer, is covered and heated in winter.

Après un mois de travaux Chez Vincent et Nicolas ouvre en Juin 2004 dans un nouveau décor contemporain mais où les éléments d’origine comme les poutres patinées et les murs de pierres apparentes sont conservés. Les tables nappées de tissus à carreaux rouges s’harmonisent parfaitement aux murs de couleur taupe, aux banquettes confortables en tissus marron et aux tomettes anciennes qui complètent la convivialité de ce lieu.

Les tables en rend d'oignons c'est dommage ....
The wine is reasonably priced along with the food.
My only downside was the space, everyone sits super close to everyone but I can understand they are trying to utilize the space efficiently, that being said he staff managed everything professionally and all patrons were respectful of one another’s personal space.
I recommend the beef fillet, perfectly cooked and the sauce was next level!!
