Trendy Zen decoration for the air-conditioned interior room designed in two parts: a cocktail lounge-bar area and a stone vaulted room. The cuisine varies with the seasons and the trend is towards good local dishes brought up to date by Chef Vincent, now the only master on board. Camembert cooked gently in the oven, served hot and fluffy, "3 minutes" hard-boiled eggs and foie gras mouillettes, fried frog legs, risotto with truffles, salmon tartare or even the homemade hamburger with foie gras delight the taste buds. The outdoor terrace, very pleasant in summer, is covered and heated in winter.
