Le menu "immersion des mouvements aux nuances progressives" est un déroulé de saveurs subtils, d'assaisonnements et d'accompagnements autour des produits qui sont le plus possible respectés et mis en valeur au centre de chaque assiette.
La présentation dans des assiettes dessinées et peintes avec des jeux de couleurs et de formes recherchées et harmonieuses participe au plaisir sensoriel et culinaire.
Une excellente soirée en couple pour l'anniversaire de mon épouse.
