AUBERGE PROVENÇALE DA BOUTTAU
The oldest inn in Cannes where the chef focuses on Provencal cuisine and traditional recipes revisited
Originally called Da Bouttau, this old inn founded in 1860 is the oldest restaurant in Cannes. The Chef offers a menu combining Provencal cuisine and traditional recipes revisited. You can then enjoy good scallops roasted in semi-salted butter on a shellfish risotto, sole filet rolled with basil, the inevitable bouillabaisse, beef rib steak on a juicy wood fire, beef cheek stew Provençal style, then for dessert, the Paris-Brest, the floating islands... Everything is good, still to be chosen! And the Cotton Club offers live parties every Friday and Saturday night.
