I booked a stay for two nights a day in advance, and when my wife and i Came to check in they told us that my card had declined and now there was no room available. Obviously they noted a wrong number since i booked per telephone. they did not call or mail to notify/ or let us correct it.
Per telephone they also told us they have parking for a car with tall roof and we can pay for that at arrival, they dont have parking for a car with tall roof, and you need to book parking in advance.
How this place have 4 stars is beyond me..
Das Frühstück ist super und macht vieles wieder gut.. Jedoch sollte hier über einige Erneuerungen und die Sauberkeit nachgedacht werden. Zu viel Geld für so wenig 4 Sterne..
