A 5-star luxury hotel in Art Deco style, a must for international film stars during the Film Festival.
Luxury Art Deco style hotel dating back to 1929, the building was built by the architect Charles Palmero of Nice. The building is listed in the general inventory of cultural heritage since 2001. The palace becomes a must during the Film Festival: a favourite location for international film stars, the Canal+ TV studio was settled annually on the private beach of the hotel. Purchased in 2012 by the Qatari Hyatt group, the Martinez hotel join its legendary patronym with that of Hyatt.
