Underwater ecomuseum, representing 6 sculpted faces, made by Jason DeCaires Taylor, accessible with a mask and a snorkel

British artist Jason DeCaires Taylor has created a unique art installation off Cannes. Six sculpted faces are displayed a few meters below the surface near the island of Sainte-Marguerite, providing a sanctuary for fish and promoting biodiversity in the Mediterranean. The eco-museum is a free and accessible attraction, with visitors needing only a mask and snorkel to explore. The project raises awareness of the importance of protecting the marine life and habitats of the region.

Il faut savoir nager! Intéressant, les poissons et les alguescommencent à coloniser les statues.
Beaucoup de monde en été et aussi un grand nombre de bateaux entre les deux îles. Gratuit.
