French restaurant with a sunny terrace to enjoy a delicious meal right on the water in Cap-d'Ail

After its "fishermen's hut", A'trego and its team are back with a new concept: Naos Beach. The name, which finds its origins in ancient Greece, where the "naos" designated the sacred place reserved for the statues of the Olympian Gods, is meant to be friendly and relaxed. Enjoy a delicious meal right on the water on our sunny terrace. Savor one of the excellent fish dishes, accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables and finish with a sweet treat and a little nap on the beach, with a cool drink!

On the upside, it’s the sandy side of the bay, so you can walk and swim with barefoot. Convenient beds/food/drinks. If you are to have fresh air, forget it, will be sitting in the middle of ashtrays and smoking locals who ignore that beaches are “no fume”

Dined here on Tuesday evening in September. The venue was quite quiet with plenty of tables, we were a large group of 11. We sat outside on a warm evening with a lovely view and had a selection of starters (tuna ceviche, Greek salad, calamari) which was well cooked and presented. For the main course I shared a sea bass which again was very well cooked and presented. The service was excellent, discrete but timely. The water and wine was refreshed as needed. Overall a very good experience.
