A very nice village address that has improved over the years, the result of well-deserved work. This former communal inn has a resolutely modern décor, blending in with the old exposed stonework. As far as the table is concerned, the cuisine here is light and refined. Its dishes, exclusively homemade and based on fresh products from the region, pay tribute to truffles and traditional products revisited. As soon as the weather is fine, you can reclaim the serenity of this village by sitting on the pleasant terrace. A must in the region!

Nous avons découvert avec nos enfants. Très bon restaurant les plats sont semi gastro. Un peu plus cher...mais la qualité des produits est top ????????

Après notre petite rando pédestre depuis Saint Jeannet, une cuisine raffinée dans une ambiance feutrée, nous attendait à la Forge. Croûtons et sa tapenade maison, petit Feuilleté de fromage en amuse bouche, suivi de belles entrées, et de plats délicieux. Sans oublier la carte des desserts !
