LA CHÈVRERIE DES POIRIERS
The Chèvrerie hosts forty Central Massif goats. This breed of goat is a rustic race in the process of safeguarding which has the particularity of very good milk. Animal welfare is a priority. Goats graze throughout the year in part on the banks of Roudon where they find a rich and varied diet. The aim of this breeding is to promote this breed by offering a variety of quality products: crottin, healers, butterflies, the puppies of cheeses with homemade candies (pear, figment, apricot, honey) and chévri 'Diou a creamy cheese. Side of desserts: butterflies, creams (vanilla, coffee, chocolate), fermila-free ice cream (chocolate, vanilla, raspberry, strawberry, apricot, passion and pear) and jam of milk cooked in cauldron.
