Farm welcoming families, groups and hikers for camping accommodation with regional cuisine

Ferme Saint-Bernard is located on the heights of Castellar: for almost 30 years now, the Bovis family has been welcoming guests with delicious regional cuisine and camping accommodation in a friendly and authentic atmosphere. The farm regularly receives groups of hikers and organizes group meals for family reunions or associations. Evelyne Bovis' cuisine follows the rhythm of the seasons and adapts to the produce of the vegetable garden. Gerliane Bovis sells directly vegetable baskets and processed products. A nice place for a stopover or a real stay.

We had A terrific night at the ferme. After the greater part of the GR52 it was super relaxed here. The view is fatastic and the Food is simply amazing! Thanx for everything

We adored this camping in the middle of the nature (very steep road but fun). The hosts are super sweet. We camped for one night with our rooftop tent. The road is an adventure.

Un lieu incroyable où nous avons passé une douce soirée/ après midi. Quel bonheur d'arriver là après quelques heures de marche au soleil ! C'est le spot idéal pour couper en deux petites journées la dernière (grosse) étape du GR 52 entre sospel et menton et profiter un peu plus de la vue sur la mer. Nous avons posé notre tente sur une terrasse (enherbée) avec une magnifique vue. L'endroit était extrêmement calme, la terrasse pour manger très agréable pour apprécier les lumières du coucher du soleil et surtout le délicieux repas. Les raviolis fait maison (aux blettes du jardin) et les entrées locales était excellentes. En prime : un jeu de boules à disposition et un accueil vraiment au top !

Great place - close to the GR52 to Menton. Beautiful view of the sea, combined with the solitude of the mountains. Lovely owner, who prepared us a delicious meal on the terrace- although we arrived late in the evening. Pitched my tent on a lovely terrace under a fig tree (there are also dorms) - and hiked down to Menton after a nice breakfast.

Endroit nature magnifique, vue splendide sur Menton, accès très difficile (4x4 ou SUV vivement conseillé). Calme et tranquillité. Idéal pour marcheurs.
