Annette and Erwann Le Négrate run the 5-hectare Domaine du Piéchal olive grove. They use organic growing methods that respect their land. Situated on the "Route des Oliviers" in the 06, the estate boasts the Appellation d'Origine Protégée Nice olive oil and Nice olive paste and olives. On site, the couple offer a tasting session and a few explanations. In particular, leave with a fruity green olive oil. For your aperitifs, try our olive paste with caillette lemon.
