Restaurant with a magnificent setting renowned for its specialties from Nice, its own PDO olive oil and its by-products
More than a restaurant, it is a traditional country experience. The setting is magnificent, from the large room inside suitable for banquets or receptions, to the shaded arbor in summer in the middle of the vast olive grove that gives the property its name. The olive trees have been cultivated by the family for four generations. They harvest the small black olive of Nice (called cailletier) to make their own PDO Nice olive oil and all the by-products sold on the spot. The restaurant is renowned for its Nice specialties.
