It's a real institution in Coursegoules: Sophie left everything behind to settle in her native village and delight gourmets with her tasty, typically Provencal, home-cooked dishes prepared exclusively with fresh, local produce! Vegetables come from her own and her sister's gardens, while meat and cheeses are supplied by her brother. Authentic family dishes tinged with sunshine: ravioli, stuffed pastries, pizza, pissaladière... Simple, no-fuss, just the way we like it! A "Bistrot de pays" address to remember!

Petit restaurant de village très sympathique, bon rapport qualité-prix, les plats sont bons, le serveur qui est seul fait de son mieux. Attention, la carte est réduite, mieux vaut réserver les samedis et dimanches, sinon la règle est : 1er arrivé, 1er servi avec le maximum de choix...
