Serveur sympa, et très bon repas avec une vue magnifique, Félicitation au chef en tous cas nous reviendrons.
Plats excellents, décor naturel superbe.
A small bundle of hair was in the food.
At first the waitress said she doesn't know what that is, maybe it's a herb. The herb she showed was green/yellow whereas the hair was almost black.
Then she said maybe it's a "fly". Excuse me, a FLY in the food and you think it's normal?
I refused to pay for the foods as my friend and I couldn't finish any of the foods cos I mean, who knows what's in the other foods as well? If the waitress doesn't know what's in it, then who on earth would know?
Then she started to accuse me that I'm the one who put the hair in it, whereas if you have eyes you see my hair is long.
I did pay for the glasses and came out of the restaurant then the chef clapped to us out of the window, telling something in french behind of us.
No single apologies were made in the first place, very rude staffs, not only the waitress but just every staff there, talking and laughing in french in front of us.
The worst experience ever.
음식에 머리카락 나왔는데 사과 한마디도 없고 허브거나 파리(엥요?) 일 수도 있다고 하더니 나중엔 제가 직접 머리카락 넣은거라고 모든 스태프들이랑 손가락질하면서 떠들고 웃고 다하더라고요! 돈 못내겠다하고 실갱이하고 나오니 털쟁이 쉐프가 창문밖으로 박수치면서 프랑스어로 뭐라 함,, 절대 가지마세요,,

그러고 나서도 사과하지 않고 나중엔 음식이 어떻냐는 둥 뻔뻔하게 굴었습니다.
서비스가 나빴다고 하자 늦어서 그러냐며 주문 받는 직원이 첫 날이라서 그렇다고 잘못을 떠넘기며 변명하는데, 그 직원의 문제가 아니라 함께 홀 서빙을 한 기존 직원의 문제이고, 실수를 알고 난 후에도 아무런 사과를 하지 않은 매니저의 잘못입니다.
항의를 한 뒤에야 커피라도 주겠다고 선심쓰듯 제의하는 것은 서비스업을 할 사람의 자세가 아닙니다.
유명한 관광지에서 좋은 입지에 있지만 그것 말고는 최악입니다.
Eze village의 수치라고 생각합니다.
Les plats sont fait maison et sont copieux, les raviolis bourrache sont un délice!
L'accueil des enfants est top, notre fils a eu des coloriages et des bulles pour l'aider à patienter, une attention charmante.
Le service n'est pas très rapide, il ne faut pas être trop pressé, mais tout le reste est tellement bien que finalement ce n'est qu'un détail!
