J'aimerais pouvoir donner 6 étoiles. Le cadre est spectaculaire, le service et la présentation sont au rendez-vous et la nourriture est sublime. J'ai eu le menu Signature qui comprend le plus de plats et je suis tellement content de l'avoir fait. Même l'huile d'olive au citron et à la verveine de Patrick Raingeard dépasse les attentes.
